Our first metal festival!🤘🐾🤍Yes, after shooting the pics we put some good doggo earphones 😅 But we had to look sexy for the pics 💅🤣 So happy to share some quality time with my beloved @tyrantthedog before leaving for the next tour!
P.S.: yes, we were at Summer Metal!

I’m of the opinion that when you make a risotto, it should absolutely not hold its shape when you spoon it onto the plate. You want it to seep to the edge of the plate, it should be fluid not stodgy! It would always pain me when I would go somewhere and the risotto would be put in front of you, served on a plate but stood up right. It’s the kind of thing you would eat and could just feel it reforming its shape in your stomach - I have similar feelings on porridge. Fluid not stodgy!! I’m diving into squash season with this roasted butternut squash and sage risotto. Normally, I would have the squash running through the rice but this time I decided to keep them separate. The base is creamy, cheesy and sage-y and the squash sits politely on top.

Recipe in my newsletter, link in bio 💛
