It’s as real as it gets💭 💕no secret home we go back to when we aren’t making videos, no airbnbs, no hotels. We live fully and completely out of our van. I don’t say that because I think it’s some badge of honor…but because I truly believe this can be a long term, sustainable housing solution for SOME people🙋🏼‍♀️ I get comments like these all the time. People can’t image how living in such a small space can possibly be real. We didn’t start out with all the bells and whistles that we have now and I’ll admit, this lifestyle was a lot harder without them. But nearly 8 years later we have absolutely everything we need. Our van has all the amenities our previous living situations had just in a much smaller space. This isn’t me trying to convince anyone to do van life, but for those who want to (and especially for those forced into it as an only affordable housing option) I’d like to see it more accepted🫶🏻 #vanlife #vanliving #realvanlife
GET YOUR ASS TO THE GYM!
life is unpredictably beautiful. did I ever think I would be an amputee? no. but neither did anyone else in these rooms at @beautifullyflawedfoundation or the @forgemensretreat and yet we all found each other because of something so unpredictable in all of our lives and what beauty has come out of it! at 14, I came to this retreat for women and men amputees 4 months after my accident and learned how to live life with one arm. It was some of the first times I knew I wasn’t alone in this journey. My body is still so capable. And the Lord’s protection keeps me close to Him. I’m so proud of all of these brothers and sisters that are overcoming on the daily!! love each one SO much grateful to be back helping lead and speak with @bethanyhamilton at Beautifully Flawed and helping serve at The Forge retreat ! reminder of so many things these past couple days but one thing I keep coming back to is the power of hope in suffering.
