Getting super emotional thinking back to my last 2 wins as Salon team member of the year for 2021 & 2022. Now to be a finalist for Salon manager of the year feels surreal 🤯 It so good to look back and see what I’ve accomplished since then. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come in my career and I’m truly just enjoying the journey 🥰🥰

Being recognised for my passion for this industry is amazing but at the end of the day I do this because I love my team. I want them to succeed and enjoy every single moment of their amazing careers 🤩
