AHIA Business Awards tomorrow ✨🎉🍾

Getting super emotional thinking back to my last 2 wins as Salon team member of the year for 2021 & 2022. Now to be a finalist for Salon manager of the year feels surreal 🤯 It so good to look back and see what I’ve accomplished since then. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come in my career and I’m truly just enjoying the journey 🥰🥰

Being recognised for my passion for this industry is amazing but at the end of the day I do this because I love my team. I want them to succeed and enjoy every single moment of their amazing careers 🤩

Thank you to everyone who has supported me during my career you know who you are and I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this without your support and guidance 🥹

Thank you to my @rokstarsalon team, I enjoy every day I come to work and see you all shine, you truly make my heart smile 🫶🏻

Thank you @mochahairmedia, The judges and congratulations to all the finalist. Can’t wait to celebrate this industry, see you tomorrow night 🥂👏🏻🤘🏻

It’s our Hair Home 🥹😍

Rokstar isn’t just a hair salon, its not just a workplace or just a job. It’s our hair home where we create, grow, learn and laugh. We don’t just see it as a job and it’s definitely not a 9-5, we work hard and we play hard. 👏🏻

It’s the culture you create from the top down, so protect it and celebrate it. Likeminded people will always find each other and support each other 🤩

It’s a true blessing loving your job and the team you do it with 🥰
