Another Audrey update.
Straight from the doctor after looking at all the blood work. They do not think she has MCAS based on the results. They believe it is as simple as exercise induced anaphylaxis. (5% - 15% of all anaphylaxis cases)
We have a follow up appointment next month to discuss the possibility of a monthly shot (Xolair) and management going forward. If anyone has any experience, ideas, thoughts- because as of right now, Audrey is unable to play sports and very disappointed. (Not her words - my words are nicer)
