Oreo Brown butter banana bread 🍞🍪🍌🧈

Here’s what you need:
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (130g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (browned) (113g)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (105g)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed) (118g)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour (270g)
- 1 tsp baking soda (6g)
- 1 tsp baking powder (4g)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (125g)
- 1 cup chopped Oreos

In a pot, brown the butter and put aside in the fridge to cool and start on recipe.

In a large bowl, mash bananas until it turns to mush and mostly mixed. Once mushy, add pumpkin puree and mix together until combined.

Add 2 eggs and combine after adding each Ingredient. Mix in granulated sugar, brown sugar, browned butter and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl for the dry ingredients, combine all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well until combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and slowly fold in the flour until mostly mixed.

Finally add in chocolate chips and Oreos and fold until fully combined.

In a lined cupcake pan, add mixture until 3/4 full.

Bake at 450°F for 6 minutes and then lower temperature to 350°F for 15 minutes.

For extra decoration, add extra chocolate chips and burned marshmallows on top.

Let cool completely and enjoy!
