If you don't know the law, READ it. Section 126 BNSS / 107 CrPC. Rights are valid when documented duties in the same constitution, are followed. Peace in legal language means public law compliance, not just lack of violence. Intentionally Calling a protest at Connaught Place - a non-notified site for protests (failing fire, health, and space standards for the invited scale of crowds ).. despite reminders by state of prohibitions in non-notified site of CP - violates lawful public order directives.
