Just returned to NY after my longest absence since 2003... a beautiful visit, if achingly brief. A couple of hours before flying back to London I managed to squeeze in a run in the October sunshine in Prospect Park. Afterward, as @dantepfer and I stretched by the lake, we happened upon this majestic individual. A beautiful send-off. Let's not go so long between drinks next time, NY! (And extra special thanks to @fannydelsol_ @theobleckmann @aronoffmatt @ghex @jenniferkesslernyc and the ever-untaggable Matt Penman for the sweet hangs and spontaneous music-making. And not least to Dan for the gait adjustment that has me barely able to walk 2 days later 🤪)
