STUFFED SHELLS 🐚 RECIPE ⬇️ Make this for your next dinner party! INGREDIENTS- 1 lb Ground beef (85/15) 1 lb Italian sausage (Mild or spicy) 3 tbsp olive oil 1 lg onion chopped 1 carrot chopped fine 3 ribs celery chopped 4-5 cloves minced garlic Salt & pepper 2-3 tsp Italian seasoning. I’m using @centofinefoods 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional) 2 heaping Tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp Calabrian chili paste (optional) 1 cup of water Fresh basil 1 box Jumbo Shells 1 jar marinara sauce. 2 cups Mozzarella shredded (low moisture) DIRECTIONS- Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Bring in onions, carrots, celery. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Sauté for 6-7 minutes. Add garlic. Push veggies aside and bring in the sausage and beef. Add more salt and pepper to the meats. Crumble and brown well. Add in the wine, cook for a few minutes. Add in the tomato paste and Calabrian chili paste. Cook for a minute. Add in the water. Simmer for 10 minutes and add some fresh basil. Set aside to cool. In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the shells and cook for about 11 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350. I use the convection setting. Add about a cup of the marinara to the baking dish. Stuff the shells with the meat mixture. Assemble inside the baking dish. Top with more marinara and shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Remove foil and add fresh basil. Enjoy!! #mimosasandsamosas #mamamaryskitchen #stuffedshells #dinnerparty #dinnerideas
🌉 SKYWAY BRIDGE… ON ONE WHEEL?! 😳 Some people get nervous just DRIVING over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. This dude apparently said, “Nah, I only need ONE wheel.” 😂 Helmet on. Water below. Cars flying by. And he’s cruising over one of Florida’s most iconic bridges on an electric unicycle like he’s headed to Publix for milk. We’re not sure if this is guts, insanity, or a little of both. 🤣 Would YOU ride one of these over the Skyway?! Or is this guy completely NUTS? 👇 🎥 Video credit: John H. Today we’re making Amaretti Biscuits, those beautiful Italian almond biscuits that are crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. This recipe comes from my mother-in-law Maria, and it’s one of those family recipes that proves you don’t need many ingredients to make something special. Almond meal, sugar, egg whites, almond essence… and a little patience while they bake and fill the kitchen with that beautiful sweet almond smell 😍 Perfect with espresso, cappuccino, gelato, or straight from the tray. Comment AMARETTI and I’ll send you the recipe 📩
