hours agoHave you been checked for Lyme? It does change the rhythm of the heart if undetected, I was misdiagnosed several times and that led to issues!
hours agoI had something going on as well in the recent past, it turned out to be diet, stress and Lyme disease! Praying for your ❤️🩹
hours agoHopefully you will not need anything more than a lifestyle change like avoiding caffeine and stress. Sending prayers.
hours agoI take a beta blocker & it saved my life. My Cardiologist was talking about Ablation last year too, but my rate has gone down considerably- thank goodness. I hope everything turns out perfectly for you. Your Holter monitor looks more trustworthy than ours. 😂 Thinking good thoughts for you & your results! 🩵🙏🏻🩵
hours agoHi Dylan, my husband is super fit and into strong man comps and weight lifting. He had a similar issue of an irregular heart beat after training. It went on for years with heaps of ER visits and meds that made him feel terrible. He had a heart ablation in Sydney from a Dr at Macquarie Uni hospital who specialises in fit athletes and has been a-fib free now for around 5 years!
hours agoDylan, 24 hours isn't very long. You may have zero episodes. Unless you go work out, did they suggest you work out? My daughter age 38 has been having palpitations also. They are putting a heart monitor on her for 30 days.I was shocked it is for that long. Supposedly these are newer ones that you can shower with as well. I was surprised! I wish you well Dylan and pray they find what's going on. God Bless you. 🙏
hours agoHope you feel much better soon & they get you fixed up. Keeping you in my prayers x
hours agoBeta blockers have carried me through my tachycardia arythmias for 40 years now. I take only when needed. I had an episode last night during sleep that woke me up. Took a beta blocker with lots of water, cold compression my chest, splash cold water on my face and eventually went back to sleep and had a good nights rest. Praying for the best for you and your journey. 💝
