A friend once shared my post on Facebook / Instagram, a friend of theirs saw it and reached out to me as they wanted advice, AMAZING I know! What’s more amazing is that they lived in a small cul de sac of new homes, my clients told their neighbours how great I was, which led to me completing a further 3 new clients mortgages in the same street! INSANE I know.
