LINDOS with my girls 🇬🇷🤍

#Greece #Lindos #Summer2026 by @simondeas

Hi Everyone,

I thought it was about time for a little introduction… Who is the man behind the mortgages?

For those of you who are new here or don’t know me yet - I’m Simon, a mortgage and protection broker. I’ve worked in the finance industry for over 20 years now (wow! saying that out loud makes me feel old!). I started out as a cashier, worked my way up to become a financial advisor, and eventually made the leap into the world of mortgages 10 years ago, where I’ve truly found my passion.

So, who is the man behind the mortgages? Well, let me tell you a bit about myself…

I’m married to my wonderful wife, Lindsey (she insisted I add the “wonderful” part!). We’ve been together for over 20 years, so you could say we’re childhood sweethearts. I’m also a proud dad to our soon-to-be 11 year old sass queen, Sienna, who is my heart and soul, even when she’s driving me up the wall! And then there’s Rocky, our Ragdoll cat, who rules the house!! (Lindsey also insisted I include him!!)

Outside of work, I do have a few passions of my own. I’m a lifelong motorsport fan, especially Formula 1. That love of motorsport naturally comes with a love for cars, Porsche 911s in particular have been a dream of mine since I was a young boy. As a family, we absolutely love to travel. Holidays are our time to reconnect, recharge, and enjoy some real quality time together. And when I’m not dreaming about Porsches, watching F1, or planning our next getaway, you’ll probably find me in the gym.

Thanks for being here and for following along,

I’m excited to continue sharing more with you all!

24 days ago I asked @thedanheron for some advice / tips…. A few DMs back and forth & we set an impossible task with Dan assisting me for 3 & 1/2 wks holding me accountable, tweaked the food & added cardio to the mix every day starting at 20mins and upped it to 45mins by the end with a high calorie meal once a wk on a Saturday, I’d be lying if I said it was easy but I followed the plan to the letter, I’ve loved it and can’t wait to do 10wks with Dan, there is only 3.3kgs between pics but feels like a lot more, Thanks bro - Now get me on that plane to Cape Verde #Holiday #Dieting #Shredded #Workout #Weightlifting #Goals #Training #Muscle #Beach #motivation #DadBod #Nutrition #Ripped #FatLoss by @simondeas

“We couldn’t have done it without you” 🥹

And THIS is why I do what I do. Helping people turn their dream of homeownership into reality is so much more than just a mortgage. 🏡🔑✨

Happy get your keys day to all my clients who completed today

A friend once shared my post on Facebook / Instagram, a friend of theirs saw it and reached out to me as they wanted advice, AMAZING I know! What’s more amazing is that they lived in a small cul de sac of new homes, my clients told their neighbours how great I was, which led to me completing a further 3 new clients mortgages in the same street! INSANE I know.

What I’m saying is, never underestimate how important that interaction is on my page, a like, a share, a repost & recommendation can mean so much more.

Thank you all for every recommendation & interaction. It means the world to me and I absolutely love what I do.

Thank you 🏡🔑🤍

🩷 THE NEXT CHAPTER 🩷

Sienna Daisy, how have we got here so quickly!! 😭🩷

I honestly can’t believe you are starting high school today… and tomorrow you’re turning 12!! Where have those years gone?! 🥹

I know you’ve been feeling nervous about today, but there really is no need. Just go in there and be you. Embrace everything that high school brings — make new friends, try new things, enjoy all the new experiences and, most importantly, have fun!

Go and show them exactly what we already know… what a truly wonderful young lady you are. You are kind, caring, funny, thoughtful, beautiful and so much more, and we couldn’t be prouder of the person you are becoming. 🩷

This is the beginning of such an exciting new chapter, and we can’t wait to watch you grow, learn, laugh and make the most amazing memories along the way.

Take a deep breath, hold your head high and remember that you’ve got this! 🥰

Mummy and Daddy love you more than words could ever say, and we are SO incredibly proud of you.

Now go smash that first day, Sienna Daisy… High school, here she comes! 🎒✨

And tomorrow… our baby girl turns 12! 😭🎂🩷 by @simondeas

❤️ HAPPY BIRTHDAY ❤️

Another year round the sun and what a year it’s been, I’ve watched you grow and become a better person (wasn’t sure that was possible!), we’ve had so many birthdays together and as each year passes I feel blessed that I get to do life every day with you 🤍

You put a smile on my face every single day, you continually work hard to give Sienna and I the best life (even if we enjoy spending your money a little too much 🙃) You show Sienna that working hard brings great rewards and she has the best role model in you.

This year has seen some big dreams ticked off the list and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings for you 🫶🏻

Thank you for being the best husband, for making me smile when I don’t feel like it, for giving me the best life, for saying yes when you want to say no, for always standing in my corner…..I am so truly blessed to have you!

I’m sure if Sienna could write a post she would tell you a million things she loves about you, but just seeing the way she looks at you, listening to the pair of you giggling at stupid videos, watching her be your little helper, seeing her grab your hand when walking next to you…..she knows she has the best daddy in the world and she has a true hero in you 🫶🏻
