Are you looking for a cosy read this weekend? Set on an island in Scotland. A lost gin recipe. An old man's final wishes. And the powers of music and song in a celebratory choir, bringing back joy and happy memories. And of course, a handsome local forager who helps our burnt out performer find her voice again on the windswept shores of Winter Island. Coming Home to Winter Island is just 99p on @amazonkindle right now! Copy and paste this link into your browser https://www.amazon.co.uk/Coming-Home-Winter-Island-Thomas-ebook/dp/B07S1P8675/ref=sr_1_7?crid=N4UM9578TK8M&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.9DztG4bw61OncCY3UrfsAIaECEWURQ27KhH0oLq7B1JAoH3gN5wQGnVWaf4WmSX_9kgZ8U9ZgwNEZKt7qv0pagvfzYrrjjNWCrVTuQ1KI6_4I9B9FCRgRumy0WpYwAKplcrY7M01Xlbb8EP-AaguvJ-X1wW6qymDbYbDdBUZtGc4swkojklikGN-UDlshoFLugeeXxm75yIngg5wOaA1vv2S9sUkhsMM5VW1ue8a8u0.myp5V6hh6Ba6Q3NoJc6sIBAoInCwcpIBhyqFlGjN-NM&dib_tag=se&keywords=jo+thomas&qid=1792223566&sprefix=%2Caps%2C149&sr=8-7

Today marks 5 years of being the Yellow Wiggle!! 🥹

Never did I ever think that this would be my job, but I’m so unbelievably grateful that I get to do this everyday!! 💞😭

Hundreds of live shows, songs, episodes, meet & greets, flights, drives in the big red car, sunflowers & fruit salad bowls have been my life for the past five years + looking forward to many more!! Biggest thank you to anthony_wiggle for trusting this 15 year old to take on this role!! 🙏🏾✨

Love being a part of the wiggly family!!🌻

God is Good 💛

The creamiest thing in this pan isn't cream.

Marry Me Chicken taught half the internet to crave that rich, tomatoey, glossy sauce. Here's my Greek position on it: the chicken was never the point, and you don't need a drop of cream.

You need gigantes, Greek giant beans. Simmer them with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano and tomato paste you've let darken in olive oil. Then scoop out about ¾ cup, mash them, and stir them back in. The beans make their own sauce.

Spinach goes in at the very end, just to wilt. Feta, lemon zest and dill follow. Tangy, creamy, delish.

This is how Greeks actually eat. Beans aren't a side dish. They’re usually a main course in their own right. They’re also the world’s most important longevity ingredient. Enjoy!

40 minutes. One skillet. Dinner for four.

🫘 Comment GIGANTES and I'll send you the recipe (or tap the link in bio)
💾 Save this for the first cold night

I love to cook the way Greeks really eat, not a postcard version. Real food you can make at home regardless of where you are. Follow along!

Would you marry someone over a pot of beans? Be honest. 👇
