A political movement that treats Israel’s existence and Palestinian freedom as mutually exclusive traps Palestinians in permanent conflict. Palestinian liberation cannot require Jewish elimination.

Real freedom means the ability to live, vote, speak openly, and build a future without terror or oppression. Palestinians deserve that future and it does not, nor will it ever, require Israel’s destruction.

لم يرد على لسان النبي عيسى (ع) في القرآن الكريم خطاب «يا قوم» الذي استعمله أنبياء آخرون كنوح وهود وصالح وشعيب، وهي مسألة يعزوها الباحث في الإعجاز العلمي والعددي عبد الدائم الكحيل إلى أن الأنبياء يُنسبون إلى أقوامهم من جهة الآباء، فيما وُلد عيسى (ع) من غير أب، فلم يكن له قوم يُنسب إليهم، ولذلك ذُكر دائماً باسم «عيسى ابن مريم».
ويستشهد الكحيل بسورة الصف، إذ يخاطب النبي موسى (ع) قومه في الآية الخامسة بقوله: «يا قومِ لِمَ تؤذونني»، ثم يتحوّل الخطاب في الآية التالية مباشرة على لسان عيسى (ع) إلى: «يا بني إسرائيل».
ويضيف أن اسم عيسى ورد في القرآن 25 مرة لم يقترن في أيٍّ منها بلفظ «قوم»، وهو العدد نفسه الذي ورد به اسم آدم (ع) المخلوق بلا أب ولا أم، بما يتوافق مع قوله تعالى: «إن مثل عيسى عند الله كمثل آدم»، عادّاً هذه الدقة دليلاً على أن القرآن كلام الله لا من تأليف البشر. جاء ذلك بحسب فيديو نشره الكحيل على صفحته الخاصة.

Super happy with the physique @gingertraining and I brought last weekend!

The four months leading up to show were the most exhausting of my life. Between low calories and high cardio I was dead. By the end I was running on absolute E mentally and physically, and there were many early mornings on the treadmill spent reminding myself that it’s a blessing to move my body. Really thankful for this challenge, and the renewed motivation it’s given me. I can do hard things, and I’m more motivated to train than ever. Ready to come back better next year!

Very thankful to be surrounded by friends and family for my first show, and second place was pretty dang cool too!! Overall I am just grateful for the opportunity god gave me this summer to better myself and challenge my discipline. It was a good 16 weeks 😁
