The Ulam boys - Nigel & Melvin- are back for Round 4!

4 hours just for the rice (now you know why so very few shops in Singapore still makes this).
Good enough to eat on its own with just a side of sambal. And that’s before the curries even start. Fragrant, rich, addictive – that’s what happens when the rempah is done nice and slow.
