Cost per lead is the wrong number.

A cheap lead that rarely closes costs you more than an expensive one that converts.

Example: a $40 lead at a 10% close rate runs $400 per sale. An $80 lead at 35% close runs $228. Illustrative math, not a client result.

Track cost per booked job, not cost per lead. The free Ad ROI Calculator does the math in under a minute.
