If fat loss has stalled, don’t immediately cut calories and add more cardio. First check whether your routine has actually been consistent long enough to judge. For the next 2 weeks: 💪🏼 Keep your steps and training the same. 💪🏼 Track your morning weight and compare weekly averages, not single days. 💪🏼 Log food as accurately as you can, including weekends, drinks and little bites. 💪🏼 Go to bed at the same time everyday. 💪🏼 Keep your water intake consistent ( having cute shaker helps 😏) If the average still isn’t moving, adjust one thing, then give it time again. A few days of scale changes can come from water, digestion or your cycle. You need time and consistency to judge accurately.
