🧠 Cerebrum Anatomy | Dr Arooj
The cerebrum is the largest part of the human brain and plays a major role in higher brain functions. It helps us think, learn, remember, speak, interpret sensations, and perform voluntary movements.
✨ Main Functions of the Cerebrum: 🔹 Frontal Lobe: Thinking, planning, personality, and voluntary movements. 🔹 Parietal Lobe: Processes touch, pain, temperature, and spatial awareness. 🔹 Temporal Lobe: Hearing, memory, and language comprehension. 🔹 Occipital Lobe: Processes visual information.
🧠 Two Hemispheres: ▪️ Left Hemisphere
▪️ Right Hemisphere
Both hemispheres work together to coordinate different brain functions.
