Live Fire Whole Salmon. Day 2 at the World Food Championships here in Indy. Over at the @rangeroutdoorliving and @backyarddiscovery we were cooking up a ton of salmon chicken and giving out free samples.
Of course we were seasoning them up lots of different Chef Fritz Brand spices. We used my #porkandpreyseasoning and #primalherb which are award winning. We too 3rd overall in Seafood at NBBQA just a few years back.
