Phase 1 Clone Troopers- 501st Legion
The Clone Wars line had two distinct versions of the standard 501st trooper, the first was a lighter blue and a Walmart exclusive. The second version had a much darker blue, but also the resculpted helmet.
The Vintage Collection version was labeled as a Clone Lieutenant. This is inaccurate, as this is meant to depict a 501st trooper from the battle of Teth, as seen in Ahsoka. He could very well be a Lieutenant, but the blue markings do not indicate that in this case. A Lieutenant will have a lighter blue and four dots on the chest.

The newer clone blasters fit in the hands better than the original style of blasters. I found that out when I got commander Jet and three of his troopers for my birthday last month

I always preferred the smaller OG helmet to the bigger one, it just seemed far too wide, though I bet the change came to better accommodate the figures that had removable helmets. All are still light years ahead of what we have now, especially in affordability.

The early CW were so good! I don’t know what happened to later CW figures with those awkward torso’s and unarticulated legs.
