Meet Angela Reyes

Founder of Glow Artistry Studio | Esthetics & Lash Educator

Growing up, higher education often felt out of reach. With limited financial opportunities, I was blessed to begin a cosmetology program while still in high school in 2008. But life took an unexpected turn when I became a teenage mother, and the dream I once had felt further away than ever.

Fast forward to 2018, I knew God had planted that dream in my heart for a reason. With a maxed-out credit card, a full-time corporate job, and a leap of faith, I enrolled in beauty school to give myself another chance.

After earning my license, I continued working my corporate job for two more years while building my clientele. Until one day, a client said something I’ll never forget:

“Let me know when you decide to take this serious.”

Those words changed everything. I realized I had already created an opportunity for myself. I just needed the faith to walk into it.

What began with lash artistry grew into traveling across the country educating beauty professionals, expanding my knowledge in brows and skincare through leading brands like YUMILashes, Elleebana, Circadia, Green Envee, and Face Reality, and eventually opening a state-licensed esthetics academy.

Today, Glow Artistry Studio has educated and mentored hundreds of students and proudly earned GOLD recognition in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s DFW Favorites awards in 2025 and 2026.

My mission is to offer others the same opportunity that changed my life. Through small classes, hands-on education, and lessons that go beyond the textbook, I want to develop confident, open-minded professionals who understand that this industry is about more than making money. It’s about building relationships, serving others, creating opportunities, and discovering what God can do through their willingness to take a step of faith.

Because sometimes the dream isn’t gone. It’s simply waiting for you to believe in it again.
