And I am wondering what is it about masculinity we found undesirable/unhealthy/unreflective of self/ when so many queer men decided trans identity was home. Please don’t take my questioning as a open door to transphobia- trans people are whatever they say they are (full stop)

But the solution isn’t difficult: we have to control our spending. Balance the budget. Unleash our resources. Let the private sector fund projects. And cut taxes so no one working, earning under $50K/yr, pays a dime in taxes. There needs to be a monumental shift in how we deal with the crisis that’s looming in the horizon.
