Toward Ultra | Ultrarunning

Backyard ultra world champs: national teams around the world started together this weekend, each on its own course, one loop every hour until only one runner is left.
Every loop counts toward the team score, and every loop has a hard one-hour cut-off. Follow it on the Backyard Ultra Channel on YouTube and the live leaderboard via bigsbackyardultra.com. Cheering at a backyard yourself? Have food ready before the bell, keep it quick, and respect the corral.
Have you run, crewed or cheered at a backyard ultra? What helped most between loops? 👇
