ENERGY

I miss my stage physique, but I don’t miss how I felt getting there.

Some days I feel strong. Other days I struggle with what I see in the mirror.

Just because I’m eating more doesn’t mean the mental hunger disappears overnight.

The hardest part isn’t gaining weight. It’s accepting that I need to.

I spent months chasing a certain look. Now I’m learning to let it go.

A softer body doesn’t mean a weaker mindset.

My worth was never defined by how lean I could get.

Thank you, President Trump, for hosting my family and me in the Oval Office and for the generous gifts you gave my children on my son’s birthday. It was an unforgettable honor.

Consistency 👊🏽
