the most sinister part of this entire saga….I WAS THE VILLAIN. 💀

For YEARS, one seemingly innocent part of my morning routine was secretly fueling my anxiety…and I had absolutely no idea. 😳

Comment “CALM” and I’ll send you the ONE tiny swap that took my baseline anxiety from a 6/10 to a 2/10. 👏🏼

The most disturbing part? I could’ve made this change YEARS ago and spared myself so much unnecessary suffering. 🫠

One word for this Jodi 📸

Civil rights activist Shaun King is facing online scrutiny after social media users began circulating s*xual
a$$ault allegations involving his son, Ezekiel King, and the Morehouse College community in Atlanta.

Several online posts have named Ezekiel, reportedly 20, accusing him of alleged s*xual misconduct involving individuals connected to the historically Black college.

However, the accusations remain unverified, and no publicly confirmed evidence establishes that Ezekiel committed s*xual a$$ault.

It remains unclear whether formal complaints have been filed, whether Morehouse officials are investigating, or whether law enforcement has become involved.

Shaun King, known for his racial justice activism, previously attended Morehouse, where he served as student government president and received an Oprah Winfrey scholarship.

The college maintains Title IX procedures for addressing s*xual misconduct complaints.

Neither Shaun King, Ezekiel, nor Morehouse College has issued a verified public response to these specific allegations. The claims remain unsubstantiated.

I am definitely in the minority when I say I LOVE PACKING 😂🎀✈️💕 will list my toddler main packing essentials in case it is useful for anyone 🫶🏻

- Bagail packing cubes from amazon
Nappy caddy stocked with all of your essentials including:
- Health items: medicine, thermometer, snot sucker. I use the tommee tippee health pack but just tack out/swap in what I’m more likely to need
- Travel changing mat
- Momcozy bottle washer kit
- Hair styling items
- Baby Suncream
- Baby 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash
- Changing essentials: nappies, wipes, nappy sacks, nappy cream (I usually buy more nappies there)
- Clothes depend on how long you’re going and if you’ll have a washing machine!!
- Snoozeshade for travel pram
- I pack a few dry snacks, tupperware and more ziplocks in my hold luggage. Anything to make it easier to feed them while away and save any leftovers
- Baby hand luggage filled with toys you have either hidden from them for a while or new ones. I love the pram books as they are small so you can fit a few! Also busy boards!
- Toddler ready made milk (just easier than trying to find normal milk/trying to keep it cool)
- lunchbox of snacks + extra ziplock bags to save any airport leftovers
- Changing bag with spare outfits for bubs (you may wanna pack a spare top for you too).
- Bonus hack I always take my wipes out in the tray through security as these always get pulled up - makes it quicker when they don’t have to rummage through the bag to find them!
