Couple of pretty amazing things happened last night that I’d like to share. I was able to finally meet @allenlevi face to face. Author of Theo of Golden. I’ve read it. Listened to the audible. Recommended it to every single person that has a face. Even spoken to him and @oprah about it on her podcast but I’d never actually had the chance to hug him and say, “man, your book is really amazing!” Until last night! It was awesome. We were immediate best buds. He reminds me of Theo. 😉 For billionth time. All of you. If you haven’t read the book. Read the book. What a cool moment.

Then! Equally as awesome and even emotional. I was able to reconnect with THE Mr. Lester and his wife Kris. The Mr. Lester from my song, 17 year old problems! There weren’t many teachers that had the patience to stick with me in high-school but HE did. Made a huge impact on my life. I love him and his wife very much. Truly made my night hanging with them after all these years. Word is, he still has my final exam…because my grade was so good😉

So this is me encouraging you…read Theo of Golden and call a teacher that impacted you positively and tell them they did. Then watch Bama beat Tennessee 💪😉

P.S. HUGE hug/shout to @carolineboykin_ my favorite artist on the planet, (and my niece) for recommending Theo of Golden to me!!!! Loving it has been such an amazing adventure!
