Yesterday, my 90-year-old grandpa lost his wife of 67 years.

This morning I asked him, “What do you want to do today?”

He thought about it. And later said, “I want us to go on a bike ride together.”

So we did.

2 miles to the beach. Just the two of us.

And when we got there, we sat in the exact spot where he and Grandma used to sit together and watch the sun go down.

Sometimes we talked about her. About 67 years of loving someone. But sometimes we just sat in silence, staring at the water.

I don’t know how you begin to process losing someone you’ve spent nearly your entire life loving. Since 1959. But having the privilege to grieve that kind of commitment & love, is a gift. ❤️

We want to let you know that our brother and bandmate, Dave Beste, will unfortunately not be joining us on the upcoming Domestic Bliss Tour. Dave needs to temporarily step aside to handle some important matters at home, and the band fully supports this decision.
We are incredibly grateful to Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals bassist; Darwin Johnson for stepping up on such short notice to handle bass for this run. We look forward to seeing all of you out on the road!

سامان زاهدیان در ۲۱ سالگی حرفه‌ای

یک استعداد جوان دیگر از ایران به جمع حرفه‌ای‌های بدنسازی جهان پیوست.

سامان زاهدیان، قهرمان جوان و آینده‌دار فیزیک کلاسیک ایران، پس از کسب مدال نقره در رقابت‌های NPC ارمنستان، این بار در مسابقات NPC عمان خوش درخشید و با کسب عنوان قهرمانی دسته خود، راهی رقابت اوورآل شد.

سامان در رقابت اوورآل نیز موفق ظاهر شد و با کسب عنوان قهرمان قهرمانان، کارت حرفه‌ای ارزشمند NPC را به دست آورد تا در ۲۱ سالگی مجوز ورود به دنیای حرفه‌ای‌های IFBB Pro را کسب کند.

این ورزشکار مستعد که زیر نظر دکتر اشکان متقیان و علی صاحب تمرین می‌کند، با تیم علی رضا رسا در مسابقات عمان حضور یافت و توانست یکی از مهم‌ترین موفقیت‌های دوران ورزشی خود را رقم بزند.

👏 تبریک به سامان زاهدیان، مربیانش و تمامی اعضای تیم علی رضا رسا؛ یک نماینده جوان دیگر از ایران به جمع حرفه‌ای‌های جهان اضافه شد.
