Finding my laughter again. 🀍 Learning to be a kid again. To laugh a little louder, play a little more, and stop taking everything so seriously. To find joy in the simplest moments. The wind in my hair, the sand beneath my feet, and those unexpected moments when I feel completely free. I’m learning that not everything needs to be figured out. Some things just need to be felt. Less holding on. More letting go. Less worrying. More living. More of the little things that make me feel alive. And maybe that’s your reminder too. Go play. Be silly. Laugh until your belly hurts. Let the wind mess up your hair. Life doesn’t always have to be so serious. There’s still a little kid in all of us waiting to come out and play. πŸ’›βœ¨ #joy #laughter #lettinggo #lovingyourself
On 3 August, 17-year-old Cameron Waldeck-Cooks and 19-year-old Ethan Coetzee were found dead at a lodge in the Sabie area in Mpumalanga. The police launched an inquest and later opened a case of murder after postmortem results suggested that Cameron was strangled, while Ethan may have died by suicide. News24 has seen a letter by an attorney for the Waldeck-Cooks family, raising concerns over the police investigation, including that the teenagers’ cellphones were allegedly not taken by police to download the data that may contain crucial evidence. If Copenhagens planks are sending pain towards your pelvis and your crotch feel ripped in two, let’s scale not skipπŸ’ͺ🏽 there are always multiple ways to achieve the SAME benefit and it doesn’t have to be through pain ⬇️ . Like the post πŸ’› and Comment β€œfreebie” for the workouts that teaches cues, provides adjusted exercises and trains the core’s pressure management to get you doing these pain free πŸ”₯ I’m a huge advocate or women having options to get strong that meet you where you are! . 1️⃣ Meet yourself where you are NOW: If the pelvic joints have extra laxity (hello pregnancy or postpartum), the muscles work harder to create stability. Adjust intensity and load, learn to recreate vs. get frustrated . 2️⃣ What’s the GOAL of the exercise and how can we achieve multiple ways: we are working the anterior oblique sling (one side oblique + opposite adductor). Think about actively pressing the top leg through the surface and lifting the bottom-side oblique off the floor. . ‼️coordinate breath 🀝 help core activation‼️: Time the hardest part of the movement with an exhale, which naturally helps engage the deep core and use external reinforcement like a pillow or ball to reinforce this! . . What do you think?! Love them? Love to hate them? . . .#postpartumfitness #copenhagenplank #diastasisrecti #postpartum pelvicfloorexercises
