I’m excited to announce that I’ll be speaking and fully present at CANEX WKND @creativeafricanexus 2026 in Lagos, Nigeria, from 5–8 November, and I will also be officially launching and activating @jalentafrica during CANEX WKND.

We will have a booth at the event, and as the founder of @jalentafrica I’m inviting creators, agencies, marketing & Production companies to come by the booth, experience what Jalent is all about, and learn how to become part of our founding creatives community.

Jalent @jalentafrica is building a platform to help discover, connect and empower African creatives. I can’t wait to share more about what we’re creating and I can’t wait to meet you in Lagos during CANEX WEEKEND 2026 @creativeafricanexus

Indonesia’s Minister of Culture, Fadli Zon, stated that around 80% of Indonesians listen to music by local artists. He made the remarks during a press conference for the 2026 Anugerah Musik Indonesia (AMI) Awards in Makassar, South Sulawesi, on Tuesday (October 27). According to Fadli, the strong public interest in Indonesian music is a positive achievement for the country’s music industry. However, he believes the next challenge is to bring Indonesian musicians’ work to a wider international audience. He also highlighted the success of K-Pop as an example of how music can grow into a global cultural movement. 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩
