Thousands of demonstrators gathered at San Francisco’s Ocean Beach on Saturday, October 17, 2026, forming a massive human banner as part of the nationwide “No Kings: Vote Early” day of action. Unlike earlier No Kings demonstrations that centered primarily on protest, this nationwide event shifted much of its focus toward the November 3 midterm election, encouraging people to register, check their voter status, make a voting plan, and cast their ballots early rather than waiting until Election Day.
