Can’t wait to be able to kickflip my car Tesla's new Roadster just launched over a row of Teslas and flipped in midair before landing on its wheels. The stunt happened Thursday night at its unveiling at a SpaceX test site in McGregor, Texas, where it cleared a Cybercab, Cybertruck, Semi, Model Y and Model 3. The car uses compressed air thrusters developed with SpaceX to lift off the ground and steady itself in the air, plus a fan system underneath that let it drive upside down on a giant ramp earlier in the show. Tesla also claimed a 0 to 60 time of 0.81 seconds during a live run at the event. The Roadster will come in three versions, and Musk told the crowd "We enter production in 2028."
