This is what creating Lean Latina Habits actually looks like.

Not cutting foods out.
Not pretending you don’t like pan dulce, tamales, or Takis.
But learning how to eat them in a way that supports fat loss.

The habit shift is simple but powerful:
Protein first so you’re not starting meals hungry.
Portions with intention instead of restriction.
Food volume that keeps you satisfied so cravings don’t run the show.

When you build habits like these, your favorite foods stop working against you. Cafecito fits. Tamales fit. Snacks fit. And weight loss becomes something you can maintain instead of constantly restarting.

This is the part most women miss fat loss isn’t about willpower. It’s about how your habits are built around your cultura.

That’s Lean Latina Habits.
