We are excited! 🔥

Comment “walk” to join NO SIT NOVEMBER and “workouts” for your 3 day split! I GOT YOU COVERED!!! And please remember you don’t need to start running to “get serious” about fat loss!

Walking is often easier to fit into your day and recover from, especially when you’re already lifting and eating in a calorie deficit. (Which you should be prioritizing!!)

BUT REMEMBER if your goal includes getting stronger and building muscle, your step count doesn’t replace strength training!!!

You also don’t have to start EVERYTHING tomorrow.

Here’s one way to build: Month 1: Gradually increase your steps toward a manageable goal. Month 2: Keep walking + add two 30-minute full-body workouts. Month 3: Add a third workout if your schedule and recovery allow. Month 4: Start tracking protein to see how much you’re actually eating.

You can include protein from day one btw!!! But if tracking overwhelms you you dont have to necessarily put it IN APP until month 4!

Start with a 10-minute walk after lunch. Put it in your calendar. Repeat it until it becomes part of your day, then build from there.

ad| A closer look, we had these built by a local talented carpenter and couldn’t be happier with them! The most gorgeous rattan baskets for storage match the light oak internals and honestly it’s a beautiful small and practical space! Slightly annoyed my husband hasn’t shared his half with me… yet 🤣
