Of course, the news is out there dog whistling to every crazy what to do. Most of them probably wouldn’t have come out of their mom’s basement if the news hadn’t alerted them.

The BOS has slowly been dismantling probation (lead by Haughty Horvath and Hahn). FACT: when a senior officer wants to discipline an incarcerated child they have to seek approval from BOS, and because of this the kids more or less rule the officers. Additionally, probation is grossly understaffed and overworked- they don’t have the minimum eyes to keep track of everyone.
