the E92 M3 was the car i first started off doing time attacks with in 2022 . back then the benchmark was 2 .24s and that was considered very quick for what the car is . V8 NA , 1 .6 tonnes and a chassis nearly the same age as me !

amazing to see how far we ‘ve come with this platform , and breaking through the 2 .1x bracket with it is something really special to me

5 health ‘hacks’ I don’t believe in or truely just think are overrated ➡️ If you need a ring or number to tell you slept badly, you’re not optimising… You’ve just outsourced the one sensor you were born with. Use the data to learn, not to decide how you feel. Gentle movement has its place. But your body still needs to be able to jump, sprint, lift and land, otherwise it slowly forgets how to. If your bedtime routine has 11 steps, it’s actually just keeping you up. A dark room, that’s nice and cool and aim for bed at the same time each night 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ice baths, massage guns and compression boots are nice but sleep is free. If your sleep sucks, just start there. It’s the most important tool for recovery. Sunlight, lemon water, journaling, breathwork… by the time you finish, the day’s over 😂 Pick one & start your day!
