After leading a special sound bath today, that was about leading life with an open heart…
my friend @kellyrene05 gave me one of the most thoughtful gifts I’ve ever received.
We’re crazy cat ladies, but both of our very senior orange fur babies passed away. 😿 It hit. It hit bad.

What I didn’t know is Kelly had a customer hoodie made of my Meatball! 😻 That way I forever get to have a part of him close to my heart!
Can you think of a more special gift- NO!?!?

Life has moments of heaviness, and sometimes all it takes is someone that really gets you to show up for you.

Today was about giving to others and “Together we Rise”… my heart is SO full and SO grateful that it gave us a reason to connect in person (vs our weekly sharing of funny cat videos), and I got to “receive”!
