something tells me you probably didn’t get into a top tier law school and probably also didn’t get selected for firms like latham and watkins… cravath swaine and moore… gibson dunn… kirkland and ellis… so this is what you spend your time and energy doing. it’s fair use— you know it’s fair use unless you went to some unaccredited law school. fair use covers a broad range of material and whether you agree with his assessment of it or not, it was fair to use as he was critiquing it. the performative outrage you’re doing here and selective memory as an attorney is wild to watch.
