@japonessaseattle has been a favorite of mine for years, and this trip back reminded me why. The cocktails were delicious, the edamame came out steaming hot, and the rolls (especially the Diabla Say) were spectacular. Will definitely be back to check out their happy hour!

(Note that HH is only offered in their sushi bar and bar lounge area from open to 5:30pm, with late-night happy hour from 9pm to close.)
