To add, this fraternity has “members” that aren’t even Radford students. Half if not all are enrolled in new river or not in college at all, just being a bum for a living. I was unfortunately a former member of delta zeta, however their hazing and morals were so out of place I chose to drop because I knew what they were doing was not morally right. They were heavily affiliated with sigma chi and lemme tell you the things id see at these mixers I was forced to go or work was terrifying. Ladies protect your drinks everywhere in Radford!! & those that are ethnic, STAY AWAY especially from sigma chi !!!!!

This is not surprising at all. As an alumni there, sigma chi was a fraternity you always tread lightly. They were known for being homophobic, racist and egotistical. They literally have a house called “ plantation”. If that doesn’t scream stay away then I don’t know what does. They’re also known too have straight drug addicts and 9th years present in the fraternity.

This photograph is of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity house at Radford University, NOT Sigma Chi. We are two entirely separate organizations. Our chapter has no involvement in the allegations discussed. We have repeatedly contacted The Roanoke Times regarding this serious factual error without receiving a response. We are requesting immediate removal of the incorrectly identified photograph and a public correction.
