Iss saal aap sabse itna pyaar mila… toh iss Diwali, meri taraf se bhi kuch meetha, kuch namkeen! #Haldirams #HaldiramSeBaniKhaasDiwali #Haldirams #HaldiramSeBaniKhaasDiwali #DiwaliGifting
For 8 years I have reinvested every penny I made back into the business. Paid myself Β£12,500 a year for the first 4 years. Paid myself Β£24,000 for 2 years after that. Paid myself Β£48,000 end of 2024 (for a couple months) Got up to a team of 8. By this point I’d invested Β£130k in mentorships/courses. And then boom; everything seriously regressed in Q1 2025. Thought I’d lost it all. Scaled back to a team of 3. Scaled back how much I was paying myself. And spent all of 2025 getting back to where I was at the end of 2024. But thankfully… Not only did we get back there thanks to the incredible people I have around me & the team we have built - we blitzed right fucking through it… And as a result I started this year with 4 personal goals for the first time since I came into business: - Retire Bex. (Give her the life she deserves) - Move us to the west end of Glasgow. - Book Florida for Bex’s dream trip. - Treat myself to ANY car I want. And I landed on this beast. I’ve had this car for over a week & not wanted to post it. Mainly because I don’t want this to come across as a boastful post. I don’t believe I’m anything special. I know it’s just a car. But honestly man, the biggest thing I’ve taken from this year is that by paying yourself more, rewarding yourself, giving to the people that matter most to you & tasting what it’s like to live the life of your dreams… You unlock a whole new level of business owner & operator. A level that you can quite literally never reach without spending the cash you work so fucking hard to acquire.
Your next chapter doesn’t have to be a breakdown. It can be your breakthrough. Nobody talks about the moment a woman in her 40s starts questioning EVERYTHING. Your body. Your energy. Your relationship. Your confidence. Your patience. Your purpose. The life you worked so hard to build suddenly feels different. And the woman looking back at you in the mirror? She might not feel quite like herself anymore. Before you call it a midlife crisis, let’s talk about what might actually be happening. Because this isn’t always just about mindset. Your biology matters, too. Hormonal fluctuations Sleep and recovery Stress and cortisol regulation Insulin sensitivity and metabolic health Thyroid function Estrogen and progesterone Muscle mass and body composition Testosterone and changes in energy and libido Sound familiar? Here’s your reminder: You are not broken. You are not behind. And you do not have to settle for feeling unlike yourself. Your body is changing. Your needs may be changing. And your approach to health, fitness, nutrition, and recovery may need to change with it. This is where we stop guessing, start asking better questions, and get intentional about our health.
