Bake off week four technical

No dramas, another easy one 😮‍💨

Tbh I would have made fatties if I was in the tent.

Bring on next week. Hopefully something sweeter

I'm glad you called out that it was a recipe problem and not a skill problem. To me that was obvious. To Paul, I think his ego got in the way there.

I was worried when you said you’re allergic and then you still ate it but I guess it’s fine 😂 I’m too gullible haha

You can still eat blue cheese. 😛 I feel you're using it as an excuse because you don't like the stuff haha

I cooked bread this week in keeping with my bakealong tradition and it was trash so at least I would have been welcome in this years tent 😭 (not saying all the breads were terrible but yknow)

If the whole class gets an F you gotta look at the test. The one thing everybody did wrong was not roll them flat. Flatbread has to be really flat when you cook them. While I was kind of surprised nobody knew that, but I’m an American so maybe I’m more used to flatbreads. It would’ve been interesting to see if he had given them. The 10 cm guideline. They would’ve been able to differentiate the bake skills much better.
