That moment right before you bend over, when you think “is this when my back locks up?”

🤔 If your back kicks on during a pelvic tilt while you’re lying down, it’s not going to magically behave when you bend over.

‼️ Pelvic tilts are usually taught on your back, and for a lot of people with back pain, that’s not getting the job done.

🙄 Flipping onto your stomach makes it easier for a lot of people to feel the front of the core working without the back taking over.

💡 The goal is teaching your body how to move better, not drilling what it already struggles with.

🛟Save this for the next time you feel that tightness coming on.

AH! Again, thank you 😆 I’m changing up what they told me and doing it your way.

I think this is a common problem with deskworkers out there and the tip you have about trying out the exercise on your stomoach is what actually works I think. Solid advice keep up the great work
