Would you try this Mediterranean Chickpea & Chicken Salad??

This comes in at 295 calories, 21g protein per serving (makes 4).

If you want easy high protein meals that taste incredible, this is such a great healthy lunch or dinner to have on hand. I usually make a big batch of a chicken salad, tuna salad, or egg salad for simple easy meals throughout the week and the flavors here were amazing. It’s also loaded with protein, and the kind of thing I could eat straight out of the bowl.

Comment FLAVOR and I’ll message how you can preorder my new cookbook with 100 recipes that have helped me lose over 150 lbs!

Ingredients

For the chicken salad:
1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup diced black olives
1/2 cup diced baby pickles
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2-3 tbsp finely chopped Thai basil
2 oz crumbled feta

For the creamy lemon tahini dressing:
4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 large garlic clove
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
Salt to taste
3-5 tbsp water, to thin as needed

How to make it:

1.Finely chop your chicken, vegetables, and herbs. Add everything to a large bowl along with the chickpeas and crumbled feta.

2.Add all the dressing ingredients to a small blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water as needed to get the consistency you like.

3.Pour over the creamy lemony tahini dressing and toss until everything is beautifully coated, then taste, adjust the seasoning with more salt or lemon, and enjoy!

I love this straight from the bowl, tucked into lettuce cups, stuffed into a warm pita, or piled onto crackers. It’s also a fantastic meal prop option that tastes even better once all those flavors have had a chance to come together.

If you make it, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS

ENJOY!

Is karz ko main hriday se, khushi-khushi hamesha ke liye sweekar karta hoon aur is baat par proud bhi feel karta hoon ki tum meri zindagi mein aayi.

Yeh sapna mera tha, lekin ise poora tumne kiya. Aaj tak tumne mujhse apne liye kuch bhi nahi maanga, balki apna sab kuch mere aur mere parivaar ki khushiyon ke liye nyochhaavar kar diya.

Sach mein, YOU ARE A DIAMOND IN OUR FAMILY! 💎

Is sab ke liye main jeevan bhar tumhara aabhari tha, aabhari hoon aur hamesha aabhari rahoonga.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SWEETHEART! ❤️💗💖🧡🩷💛

Love you forever, meri jaan Radha! ❤️

Another question about fame.

How has fame changed me?
It hasn’t.

I don’t believe fame changes anyone, I believe fame simply magnifies who you are and what you are. Fame will eventually expose what’s inside.
So be careful if you chase it.

Here’s a quiet lil’ thing I do, whenever I meet famous people. I always pay sharp attention to how they treat other NON famous people around them. Their teams etc. And especially strangers. Reveals a lot.

I like our little post workout Rock Talk Q&A’s but geeezus, next time I’ll catch my breath so I don’t sound like I’m trying to inflate a bounce house.
Wtf 😂
