KCON LA 2026
AUG 14-16
Crypto.com Arena, LA Convention Center

Let’s #KCON

First time playing she decides on my dad’s piano. It’s my first birthday without him at midnight, and I’m feeling very emotional tonight.

250,000 streams in one week. My highest EVER. 😭🩷 I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am.

This really has been a year I never imagined I’d have to go through at 27. It’s made me question absolutely everything I thought I knew about life.

But I’m so incredibly lucky to have such a loving family around me, and I know my dad would be cheering me on, telling me to work harder, dream bigger and never give up. Just as he always did. 🩷

To every single person who’s messaged me, supported me or shown me love over these last few months, THANK YOU. You have no idea how much it means.

I’m learning that grief isn’t linear. It’s a journey, and some days are harder than others. But I’m also learning that life is so much bigger than us, bigger than me, and that the only thing we really have is the present moment.

Something I’m working VERY hard on, because as a Scorpio I absolutely love fantasising about the future and replaying the past. loll@meeeee. Shoutout to my ex. ♏️🦂

But seriously, if this year has taught me anything, it’s to be present, love harder, have faith in God and chase your bloody dreams. Life is far too short not to.

Anyway… BIRTHDAY AT MIDNIGHT OMG!!! 🥹🎂🩷

Love, light and all the faith in the world.

Love you, Dad. Always. X 🩷

Someone get Kaitlyn Chen a golden glizzy 😂 She really dressed up as a glizzy and then won a WNBA title 🌭🏆 (📸 @kstokes41, @paigebueckers)

🎮🚫 Claude Code will no longer help you rebuild an existing video game, even if you give it a new name and call it original.

A new rule reached Claude Code from Anthropic’s servers around October 27, and users found it in their config files under a flag called tengu_heron_brook.

It tells Claude to build original games, games in a genre, and games made from the user’s own designs and assets, but not to recreate a specific game that already exists, and there is no setting to turn it off.

The change follows a wave of AI recreations of games like Terraria and Halo made with Claude Opus 5.5, and comes after Moonlighter developer Digital Sun scaled back a public playtest of its next game because it feared clones.

Reactions are split, with some developers welcoming fewer copycat games while others say they will move to other AI models.

Anthropic has not made an official statement about the rule.

What are your thoughts on this? 🤔💬
