Your coach should plan The Next Session around the weather you actually have.
Go indoors every time it looks gray and every ride slowly turns somewhat hard.
When it’s only wet, ride easy outdoors. Lights, layers, a shorter loop, same easy intent. When it’s unsafe, stay in. Save the trainer for the quality day.
