The next session is Pro.

The free beta is over. Fourteen days, then Pro, with a thank-you for the beta. The plan stays. You ask for the next session.

Your coach, in your language.

English and Deutsch were already there. We just added Français, Español, Italiano, and Português.

One switch in Preferences. The app, Dynamic Coach, email, and push notifications all follow.

Training advice should sound like you — then ask for The Next Session. 🚲

The pros have a team of scientists in the car. You have N+One in your pocket.

Precision is the difference between “just riding” and actual progression. While most apps just log what happened, N+One tells you what should happen next based on your HRV-coupling and TSS load.

It’s not about manual entries. It’s about a seamless, automatic synchronization of your training load and physiological markers. If your data indicates a recovery deficit, N+One won’t ask for a PR.

Sustainable Mastery starts here.

Dark at six, cold mornings, and the outdoor season packing up. So what did riders actually do in October?

October in four numbers:

→ 82% of riders trained in at least 3 of 4 weeks
→ 20 sessions for the typical rider, 4 to 5 a week
→ 76 minutes for the typical bike ride
→ 37% also fitted in a strength session

What it means for you: you don’t need a perfect month. Most riders just kept the week going. Miss a day, ride the next one.

“Rider” means anyone who logged at least one completed session in October. “Typical” is the middle value: half did more, half did less.

Cold rides lie to you. Two signals read wrong in winter.

Thirst goes quiet. Cold can cut thirst by up to 40%, even when you’re already low on fluid. Drink on a schedule, not on feel.

Cold legs read flat. In short efforts, each degree of muscle warmth is worth 2–5%. Judge your legs after the warm-up, not in the first cold minutes. On cold, dry days your coach plans a longer warm-up.

Then recover. Sleep is part of the plan, and eat on a schedule too.

Save this for your first cold ride. Get The Next Session.

Fitness − Fatigue = Form. Here’s how to read it.

Fitness (CTL) is your training load averaged over about six weeks. Fatigue (ATL) covers about the last week. Form (TSB) is yesterday’s fitness minus yesterday’s fatigue.

Below zero, you’re carrying fatigue. Above zero, you’re fresher. TrainingPeaks calls it a measure of how adapted you are to your load, not a predictor of performance. So read it loosely: Andrew Coggan’s rough guide says fresh legs are rare below −10 and usual above +10, and your numbers will differ.

N+One’s Dynamic Coach does the math on your connected Garmin, Strava, Whoop or intervals.icu data, then weighs form with readiness and your plan before it names The Next Session.

Save this for the next time your chart dips.

Your body doesn’t know hard zone borders. The model does the translating so the next session has a job.

Your coach names the two hard days that count and keeps the rest easy.

Two hard days a week, or three? Under 8 hours, the third hard day costs the other two. More hours aren’t the week.

Indoor training without rigid, breakable spreadsheets: N+One now syncs your dynamically adapted sessions directly into Zwift so every winter interval matches your real-time physiological readiness.

Your smart trainer is only as smart as the session you feed it.

Most indoor seasons fall into the same trap: rigid calendar blocks that demand 300 watts on days your autonomic nervous system is screaming for rest, or mindless virtual racing that burns out your aerobic foundation before January. When life intervenes, the traditional training plan breaks.

N+One closes the loop between physiology and Watopia. Connected to your wearables—Garmin, Strava, Whoop, and intervals.icu—our Dynamic Coach calculates your actual training stress balance (CTL − ATL = TSB) rather than guessing. When you accept your tailored workout, it lands automatically in Zwift under „Next Up“.

You clip in, ride the target, and your completed file syncs straight back to recalculate tomorrow’s recovery. No manual `.zwo` file juggling, no guilt, and zero „failed“ workouts.

Data analysis is free, forever. The Dynamic Coach is Pro. Connect your setup and ride your next session in Zwift. Link in bio.

Your coach scales a pro session to your FTP, your hours and your week.

Brandon McNulty reportedly rides 3 × 60 min at 310–320 W, about 75% of his FTP, with lactate held around 1.5–1.8 mmol/L. That’s high Zone 2, on purpose: a big aerobic dose that challenges oxidative metabolism and trains durability, at a lower recovery cost than VO₂max work.

It isn’t the gray zone. Gray zone is an easy ride drifting up by accident. This session has a target, a time and easy gaps.

You don’t need four hours. On a weeknight, 3 × 20 or 2 × 30. On a weekend morning, 2 × 45. Save the full 3 × 60 for a training-camp long ride or a big winter weekend. Take about 75% of your FTP and the time you actually have.

Green HRV is not a green light by itself.

Single metrics are signals, not commands. Strong decisions come from a stack: HRV + sleep + recent load + how you feel — connected through Garmin, Strava, Whoop, and intervals.icu.

N+One’s Dynamic Coach does that math, then names The Next Session.

Your coach should plan The Next Session around the weather you actually have.

Go indoors every time it looks gray and every ride slowly turns somewhat hard.

When it’s only wet, ride easy outdoors. Lights, layers, a shorter loop, same easy intent. When it’s unsafe, stay in. Save the trainer for the quality day.

Know what to ride next. Get The Next Session.
