What an incredible experience today at the Surround Sound Bath with @sirilorece and @randyleasmanmusic!
The experience begins with a mindful message, inviting you to slow down, become present, and reflect before flowing into an immersive sound experience. It's relaxing, grounding, intentional, and deeply thoughtful. There's something beautiful about giving yourself permission to simply exist in the moment.
During the session, I had a vision of life as a flowing river, with each of us like little fish, carrying our own unique spark of light. Sometimes we swim with the current, sometimes against it. Our paths cross, we drift apart, and we find our way back into the same flow. Each of us moving at our own pace, yet all part of something greater.
That vision became this painting, created intuitively over the hour as I let the sounds guide my brushstrokes. A little reminder that we each carry our own light, even as we move through the same waters.
I'm so grateful to have been part of this beautiful exchange of sound, art, and human connection!
