A foundation is seeking financial help for a new mum and her twins

According to the foundation, 18 years old Kafayat had a set of twins and became swollen from her tummy, thighs and legs. They said she had her babies through ceasarean section and after childbirth, she has been battling extremely low/extremely high bp. They said her body is retaining fluid and she’s in excruciating pain.

According to the foundation, Preliminary investigation done suggests cardiomyopathy, further examination needs to be done to rule out kidney failure.

“She has not been able to start any treatment at all and no major tests are done . Her case has become critical.
Her mother is also pleading for her. The boy who impregnated her is of same age as her, he has nothing to help. The twins are also malnourished and need medical care and baby formula. Please no amount is too small to help.” the foundation’s head said
