MANKATHA — 🎬❤️
We shot Mankatha, a Vertical Quick Series, in December 2025, and it has finally premiered on the Quick TV app. Today, it has reached 22 LAKH VIEWS! ❤️🔥
73 episodes. Just 3 intense days of shooting. A final runtime of 2 hours and 20 minutes. And a team that made it all possible!
First and foremost, a huge thanks to all the wonderful, cooperative artistes and technicians who stood by me throughout this challenging journey.
A special thanks to my cinematographer, Vishal, and his team @thisisdeeopeehere , @senthil for understanding my urgency, embracing my alternative ideas, and making things so much easier on set. Your support meant a lot!
To my BFAM, editor,@elayaraj4u and our brothers @sathya_mohan_97 and @lifeofprabha — you guys worked pure magic! You wrapped up the project on time, and your brilliant editing covered so many of the flaws we made during the shoot. Your contribution was truly invaluable. ❤️
@sushmitha_gajendran_0316 — you were not just an AD; you stood beside me throughout this entire project like a sister. You shared my burdens, supported me even when you weren't feeling well, and never let me feel alone in this journey. I'm forever grateful to you! ❤️

Mankatha is my second Quick Series, after Varisu: The Prince Returns on the Kuku TV app.
Honestly, I had decided not to take up any more Quick Series projects. But the moment my producer told me that the title of this project was MANKATHA, I immediately said yes!
Why? Because Mankatha was the movie that marked my very first experience as an Assistant Director. It holds a special place in my heart, filled with memories and emotions that I can never forget.
And today, seeing our series reach 2 MILLION VIEWS makes this journey even more memorable.
