Congrats to my friend @kmainenti on her #deadhorsebeauty exhibition. I’m feeling proud to be both the enabler of vessel collecting & her honorary on- location photographer. Art Gowanus also featured work by @miskamagic whose photos of Floyd Bennet Field I immediately recognized and added to my collection. I also loved the new silk screen work by @jenprops and Carolina is now the proud owner of a silly banana by @hibyetiles Thank you to @sean_qualls for taking the time to share the stories behind his fantastic books—the storytelling, illustrations, and history in Fros, Fades and Braids and to sign a copy to Carolina. Fast forward to this April when Michael visited a show I curated at Maiden Lane Gallery in Kingston and we had a nice chat. I had no idea you were a couple. 💗
